Hakan Fidan has held separate phone calls with his counterparts from Jordan and Japan to discuss rising regional tensions and ongoing diplomatic efforts.
In talks with Ayman Safadi, the two focused on the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian issue and efforts to end the conflict involving Iran.
Fidan also spoke with Toshimitsu Motegi, discussing both political and economic impacts of the conflict, as well as its wider global consequences.
The conversations highlight Türkiye’s active role in diplomacy, as it works with both regional and global partners to push for de-escalation and stability.
In simple terms, Türkiye is trying to bring different countries together to help calm tensions and find a peaceful way forward.
