Türkiye and the United Kingdom have signed a new “Strategic Partnership Framework Document,” marking a fresh step toward deeper cooperation between the two countries.
The agreement was finalized in London during a meeting between Hakan Fidan and Yvette Cooper. It is designed to strengthen communication, collaboration, and long-term relations.
Both governments highlighted that this partnership builds on their shared role as allies in NATO, as well as their long-standing historical ties. The new framework is expected to improve coordination on major global issues, especially security and stability in regions like the Middle East.
In simple terms, Türkiye and the UK are working more closely together to tackle international challenges and reinforce their already strong relationship.
