Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame met Qatar’s Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on Friday where he expressed solidarity with the Gulf state following Israel’s attack on Doha.

Kagame also extended his condolences for the loss of lives during the attack, according to a statement from his office.

Their discussions highlighted the need for accountability and the pursuit of a just resolution to the ongoing regional conflict,” the statement said.
